Our Treatment Approach
Our therapeutic approach is client-centered, emphasizing collaboration, empathy, and evidence-based practice. For clients who identify as Christian and wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process, we incorporate biblically informed perspectives to support holistic healing.
For the most effective treatment, specific modalities are utilized to promote insight, establish and maintain healthy boundaries, challenge maladaptive thought patterns, and encourage the development of adaptive coping strategies that support long-term psychological well-being.
Aside from our most commonly used approaches, we also provide others, including Family/Marital, Positive Psychology, Strength-Based, and Trauma-Focused.

APPROACHES USED MOST OFTEN:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) emphasizes the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It is grounded in the understanding that our interpretations of situations—rather than the situations themselves—largely determine how we feel and respond.
